LPRGC Rifle Committee

LPRGC has recently completed a new 100 yard rifle range featuring 5 bench shoting positions. In order to preserve the backstop, we ask shooters to fill in the firing line starting from the benches on the right-hand side of the range. Shotguns may also be shot into the two right positions which impact into the bunker. For more information on the 100 yard range, please see the 100 yard range page.

100 Yard Range Hours

Monday - Saturday from 8AM until Sunset
Sunday and holidays from 11AM until Sunset

Events

Civilian Marksmanship Program (CMP) shoots on the second Sturday of each month from 10AM to 1PM.
Military Rifle shoots on the third Sunday of each month from January through October.

Training

Junior Rifle meets on the indoor range each Wednesday from 6:30 pm until 9:30 pm. Rifles and ammo are provided to Junior Members between the ages of 11 and 18.
NRA Basic Rifle courses are being offered in April and July.
Carbine 1 and 2 courses are also being offered in January and April
Rifle Refreshers are offered on the first Saturday of each month on the outdoor range

Committee Meetings

The Rifle Committee meets on the third Tuesday of each month at 7:30 in the clubhouse.
